LogiScan

Point your phone at a pallet. Know what’s missing.

I built this solo to kill a nightly warehouse chore: checking every package against a list by hand. LogiScan reads each shipping label with Gemini vision, reconciles it against the manifest mid-inference, and flags any discrepancy. It is a PWA with no backend, costs about $0.002 per scan, and cut a 90-minute audit to about 10. Press scan below.

    1

    Point

Aim the phone at the pallet. No scanner gun, no special hardware, just the camera you already carry.

    2

    Read

Gemini reads every label in one shot with pixel-perfect bounding boxes, then pulls the ID, carrier, and tracking.

    3

    Reconcile

Each label is cross-referenced against the manifest mid-inference. Matches clear, discrepancies get flagged on the spot.

    9010min
Nightly audit, by hand vs by camera. Same pallet, same accuracy.
    $0.002/ scan
Per-pallet inference cost on Gemini 3 Flash. Cheaper than the coffee that used to fuel the manual count.
    0backend
Client-only PWA. No server, no database, no data retention. Photos never leave the device round trip.
You control the scan. Nothing plays on its own.
