## Work

I'm a Growth / GTM Engineer who builds with AI agents. I built @SergeCode to around 200K subscribers and more than 13M views. At FutureClinic (YC F24), I proposed an AI system for turning doctors' expertise into video scripts and thumbnails, and built its first working version.

At Fyxed, I built the website and the systems behind the outreach operation: company research, CRM, personalized campaigns and reply reporting. I build with Claude Code and Codex. I'm based in Miami and looking for a full-time, remote role.

## Experience

### Growth Engineer · Fyxed

Contract · Jun-Aug 2026

At Fyxed, an early-stage fintech for residential property managers, I built the website and the systems behind our outreach operation: company research, CRM, personalized campaigns and reply reporting. I was the only person on the business side and used customer conversations to help the team decide what to build.

I set up a self-hosted CRM with 3,749 companies and ran 20 campaigns. Agents researched each firm from its own website and drafted personalized messages for my review, and I tracked the replies. I also built a system that generated personalized landing pages, using each firm's published fees and property count to explain Fyxed's offer for that business.

### GTM Engineer · FutureClinic (YC F24)

Full-time · Mar-May 2026

I proposed focusing on doctor-creators for FutureClinic's digital-clinic platform because they already had an audience that could become patients. I built Nikola, an AI research and outreach agent that researched doctors and turned its findings into personalized email drafts. I also built physician verification workflows and personalized clinic previews.

I proposed FutureClinic Creators, an AI system for turning doctors' expertise into video scripts and thumbnails. I built the first working version using Claude and worked with another engineer to bring it into production. The system researched existing content and developed topics, question cards, scripts and thumbnails for doctors to review before recording.

### YouTube Creator (SergeCode) · YouTube

Self-employed · 2019-2025

I built and ran @SergeCode, a Roblox YouTube channel, growing it to around 200K subscribers and more than 13M views. A game-building video reached 3.7M views, and a Short reached 5.3M.

I developed the video ideas, wrote scripts and edited the finished videos. For videos about building with AI, I also built the Roblox games and assets featured on screen.
